How to be Leader?

True saying, If a man desire the bishopric,
 good work is.
But a bishop must be blameless,
 the husband of one wife, temperate,
 prudent, decora, hospitable, able to teach, 
not given to wine, 
no striker, not greedy for money, 
but gentle, not covetous; that ruleth well his own house,
 having his children in subjection with all gravity;
(If anyone does not know how to rule his own house,
 how can he take care of God's church?)
Not a novice, lest he become conceited 
and fall into the condemnation of the devil.
It is also must have a good reputation with outsiders, 
so that he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
